Saundarya Women Wellness programs
Saundarya is a "Women wellness" initiative by Mrityunjaya. The programs are designed for the urban working women of today.
Saundarya works on the following aspects, ensuring a holistic wellness program:
a. Nutrition for women
Objective: The program talks about the dietary changes in the most common lifestyle issues (obesity, PCOS, thyroid etc) faced by women today & also elaborates the nutritional need for women.
Mode: The workshop has a quiz/crossword activity and with the results the theoretical aspect of nutrition is explained.
Works well with an all women group.
Time: 45mins – 1hr
b. Food-shoppe
Objective: Food shoppe aims at teaching the participants the aspect of eating healthy in a budget. The session clears the myth that healthy food is expensive & short on taste. The session elaborates & establishes the nutrient content of some of the most commonly consumed foods & gives directives on easy healthy meals.
Works well with all working mothers who wish to add nutrition to the family’s diet but don’t have enough clarity on the same.
Mode: It is a fun interactive team activity, each team is given a certain amount of budget (based on a prior Q&A round) with which they are asked to shop (from the food shop) & fix a healthy tasty meal for the entire team. The team with maximum nutrients on the plate wins.
Time: 1.5-2 hrs.
c. Master Chef:
Objective: The program aims at elaborating the nutritive value of some of the most commonly used food items (pulses, egg, oil, milk etc). Through master chef, healthy cooking methods are practised.
Mode: Master chef is a fun filled team activity where each team fixes a rightfully cooked, healthy & tasty meal with the available ingredients & the team with a tastiest meal wins.
Time: 1.5-2hrs
d. Design a diet chart:
Objective: The session, as the name suggests helps in modulating a diet chart based on one's activities, health problems & food likes/ dislikes.
Mode: Designing a diet chart is an individual activity where via a step by step process, a diet chart for each individual is formulated keeping in mind all the parameters.
Time: 1hr
a. Yoga for women:
A woman's body goes through varied hormonal changes & needs much more care than a male's. Yoga for women a very effective set of yoga practices specially designed to manage and prevent the various health issues that women face.
The Yoga practices shall consist of vyayamas (warm up exercises), asanas (postures – specially needed for women), pranayama (breathing exercises), relaxation & meditation.
Time: 1-1.15 per session.
We recommend atleast 3 consecutive sessions with the same group in order to sync the practices appropriately.
b. Customized Yoga sessions:
Yoga regime designed for each individual.
For customized yoga sessions, a detailed case history of each individual shall be filled. Based on the details, a diet regime & a yoga regime shall be prescribed & taught. The sessions can be taken in a group.
Time: 1-1.15 hrs per session
We recommend atleast 3 consecutive sessions with the same group in order to sync the practices appropriately.
c. Office Yoga session:
Office yoga sessions teach practices that can be easily done in the cubicle space, using the chair & the table as a prop. The practices are designed in a way that they are as effective as a normal Yoga session, yet much easier to adapt in daily routine.
Time: 1-1.15 hrs per session
We recommend atleast 3 consecutive sessions with the same group in order to sync the practices appropriately.
All workshops are partially theoretical & are based on assessments as per the workshop subject.

Combination Workshops
a. Stress Management
This can be a full day or a 3 day program where a psychologist & a Yoga therapist work hand in hand to give a holistic understanding on stress.
he program includes the following:
- Stress management & Nutrition
- Stress assessment (Psychology analysis)
- Body type assessment (Ayurvedic analysis)
- Yoga for women
- Happiness quotient
- Empowering oneself within
- One-on-one counselling sessions
The program can have different sessions & the HR can choose from the programs enlisted above.

This is a full day programs:
