Asvini Mudra

Meaning :  Asva – horse;
                   The movement of anus is just like a horse

Procedure:
Squat on the floor; keep the palms and knees separated by shoulder distance. Slowly and deeply inhale. As you exhale completely, contract the anal region,  hold it for five counts and release. Slowly inhale. Repeat the steps five times

Benefits

  • Awakens the kundalini shakti
  • Destroys all diseases of rectum
  • It gives strength and vigor
