Meaning: Usta – camel
                  The asana resembles shape of a camel

Procedure:
Sit on the knees with toes pointing back and resting on the floor. Rest the palms on the hips. Deeply inahle. Then, exhaling, bend back and rest the palms on the heels. Look back and breathe normally for a few times. Inhaling, come back to normal sitting posture.
Benefits:

Cures hunch back
Tones the spine
Expands the chest and abdomen
Improves Respiration
Cures cervical spondylitis
Massages internal organs
Cures drooping shoulders

Limitations:

Meaning: Dhanu  – bow
                 The asana resembles shape of a bow
Procedure:
Lie flat on your stomach. Deeply inhale  and exhaling, bend the knees. Stretch the arms at the back and hold teh ankles with respective hands. Inhaling, lift the legs and the head up. Look up and breathe for a few times. As you exhale, come down and while inahling, release the hands and lega and come back to normal lying posture.
Benefits:

The kidneys are massaged and excess fat around the abdomen is removed

Meaning: Jathara – stomach ; Parivartana – turning
                The asana involves rolling the stomach in one direction.
Procedure:
Lie flat on your back and stretch out both arms side ways in line with the shoulder, palms should face down. Now, inhaling, raise both the legs together till they are perpendicular to the ground. As you exhale, keep both the legs down on the floor, on the right side. Hold the big toes of the legs by the right hand. Turn the head towards the left side and breathe normally a few times. …

Meaning: Urdhwa – up ; Mukha – face
                 Paschimottasana is done with raised legs
Procedure:
Sit on the floor with legs stretched in front and hands  beside the body. Inhaling, lift both the legs straight up from the floor, holding both the toes with respective hands. As you exhale, bend the neck and touch the nose to the knee. Close your eyes and breathe normally a few times. Inhaling, raise the head. Now exhale,keep the legs back on ground and come back to normal sitting posture.

Meaning:  Ubhaya – both ; Padangusthasana – big toe
                  In this asana, both toes are lifted up
Procedure:
Lie down on the back,hands beside the body and legs stretched. Inhaling, raise the body up in sarvangasana. As you exhale, keep the toes above the head and dont   bend the knees ( halasana posture) .                  The asana forms an angle in lying down posture.
Procedure:
Lie down on the back with legs stretched and joined,hands on the either side of the body. Inhaling, raise  the lower body from the trunk region, supporting it with hands.
