	Procedure:
	Sit on the knees with toes pointing back and resting on the floor. Rest the palms on the hips. Deeply inahle. Then, exhaling, bend back and rest the palms on the heels. Look back and breathe normally for a few times. Inhaling, come back to normal sitting posture.

	Procedure:
	Lie flat on your stomach. Deeply inhale&#160; and exhaling, bend the knees. Stretch the arms at the back and hold teh ankles with respective hands. Inhaling, lift the legs and the head up. Look up and breathe for a few times. As you exhale, come down and while inahling, release the hands and lega and come back to normal lying posture.
	Benefits:

The kidneys are massaged and excess fat around the abdomen is removed

	Procedure:
	Sit on the floor with legs stretched in front and hands&#160; beside the body. Inhaling, lift both the legs straight up from the floor, holding both the toes with respective hands. As you exhale, bend the neck and touch the nose to the knee. Close your eyes and breathe normally a few times. Inhaling, raise the head. Now exhale,keep the legs back on ground and come back to normal sitting posture.
