Manduki Mudra

Meaning – manduka – frog;
                   The practise method resembles the swallowing process as of a frog

Procedure:
Sit in padamasana. Slowly and deeply inhale. Now, exhale slowly and deeply, as much as possible. Closing the mouth, move the root of the tongue. Immediately swallow the saliva as nectar. Slowly inhale. Repeat the process five times

    I never released that the Manduka means Frog. I enjoy reading the upanishads and I remember that one of them is called Mandukya Upanishad – Frog Scripture!
