Parivrita Tadasana

Meaning: Parivrita- twisting; Tada-palm treeParivritta tadasana
                   the posture in end looks like a twisted palm tree
 
Procedure:
Stand erectly and join the toes. Hands should be on the either side of the body and vision should be forward. Interlock the fingers, turn the palms and while inhaling, lift the hands above the head. Now exhale,turn to the right side and look at the hands. Take a few normal breaths in same position. Inhale, and turn to the front. Repeat the same by turning to your left side. Then, exhale , bring down the hands and come to normal standing position.
