Supta Padangustasana
Meaning: Supta – sleeping;Padangusta – big toe
Procedure:
Lie down on the ground. Inhale and lift the right leg straight up. Hold the big toe of right leg through right hand and keep the left hand on left thigh.As you exhale, lift the head and touch the forehead to right knee. take a few normal breaths.Now inhale, put the head down and release the hand.Exhaling, bring down the right leg and get back in normal lying position. Repeat the asana on your left side.
