Vrikshasana ( Tree pose )

Meaning :  vriksha – treeVrikshasana
                 The posture resembles a tree
 
Procedure:
 Stand erectly ,joining the toes with hands on the either side of the body. Vision should be in front.now inhale, bend the right leg and keep it at the root of  the left thigh.exhale andn interlock the fingers. then inhale, take the hands up and look up.breathe normally for a few times.exhaling, bring down the hands and the right leg. repeat the same procedure  with the left leg and then come back to normal standing posture.
